Genesis Continues to Expand Capabilities

Genesis, a Florida-based engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction engineering and inspection services (CEI) firm, is excited to announce the addition of two professionals in our company’s Tallahassee, Florida, office. The staff additions include:

Carolyn S. Bibler, E.I.

Carolyn S. Bibler, E.I., has joined Genesis as a Senior Project Engineer. Ms. Bibler’s responsibilities at Genesis consist of providing engineering support for design of various developments, re-developments, and infrastructure improvements. Ms. Bibler has 33 years of experience in the engineering field. Her experience includes managing production of construction plans and obtaining regulatory permits for a myriad of public and private development projects. Her experience also includes drainage studies and preparing stormwater management master plans, managing submittal preparation and granting Development Orders for a multitude of Site Plans and Preliminary Plats in Tallahassee and Leon County, obtaining re-zonings and Comprehensive Plan amendments, and performing due diligence research and concept planning.

Amanda Dean, E.I.

Amanda Dean, E.I., has joined Genesis as a Project Engineer. Mrs. Dean’s responsibilities at Genesis consist of providing engineering support for design of various developments, re-developments, and infrastructure improvements. Ms. Dean has 14 years of experience in the engineering field. Her experience includes providing support in the production of construction plans and obtaining regulatory permits for a myriad of public and private development projects. Her experience also includes providing engineering support for drainage studies and preparing stormwater management master plans, assisting in submittal preparation and granting Development Orders for a multitude of Site Plans and Preliminary Plats in Tallahassee and Leon County, obtaining re-zonings and Comprehensive Plan amendments, and performing due diligence research and concept planning.
