P&D TAMPA | Brandon Gateway Medical Plaza
Construction is underway for the Brandon Gateway Medical Plaza! Breaking ground on October 24th, the client’s goal was to develop a medical office building of approximately 60,000 SF on a parcel located at the northwestern quadrant of the Brandon Parkway and Lakewood Drive. Genesis prepared a conceptual stormwater management plan and calculations for the development based on the previously prepared conceptual layout. Upon final selection of a conceptual site plan, Genesis prepared a geometrically controlled site layout on the final project survey for the proposed development in conformance with the local agency Land Development Code requirements. Genesis also provided landscape and irrigation design, permitting, and construction observation services for this project.

The FDOT and City of Tallahassee partnership will install roadside units to broadcast SPaT information 24/7 for vehicle onboard units to receive. Genesis is involved in the testing, integration, and implementation of SPaT at 22 intersections on Mahan Drive in Tallahassee and will support the advancement of Vehicle-to-Infrastructure capabilities, especially related to intersection safety applications.
