Genesis worked with APAC Mid-South on this multi-phase, urban, 7-lane milling and resurfacing project. This CEI project was located on SR 85 (Eglin Parkway) from SR 30 (US-98) to a point north of Richbourg Avenue in Okaloosa County. APAC’s surveyor, paving foreman and QC technician worked hand-in-hand in the field with Genesis representatives to design, layout and construct an effective solution to push water toward an inverted section of roadway median, within a super-elevated curve, where ditch bottom inlets existed in the paved multi-turn median. Genesis is proud to have worked with APAC on this nearly 2-year-long project and considers the final product one of quality worthy of recognition.

This project was awarded the 2014 District 3 Excellence in Paving Award for Resurfacing by the Asphalt Contractors Association of Florida (ACAF).
